摘要
现行标准GB/T 5972—2016《起重机钢丝绳保养、维护、检验和报废》是对国际标准ISO 4309—2010的转化。随着ISO 4309—2017的发布实施,关于起重机钢丝绳的报废基准也有了新的变化。新标准针对钢丝绳基于漏磁通的无损检测(MRT)进行了说明,是对起重机钢丝绳的报废基准科学有效且可行的补充。基于此,本文对ISO 4309—2017标准中关于MRT的要求进行分析,为起重机械相关从业人员提供参考。
The current standard GB/T 5972-2016 Cranes-Wire ropes–Care and maintenance,inspection and discard is a transformation of the international standard ISO 4309-2010.With the release and implementation of ISO 4309-2017,new changes have been made to the scrap standards for crane wire ropes.The new standard describes the non-destructive testing(MRT)of wire ropes based on magnetic flux leakage.It is a scientific,effective and feasible supplement to the scrap benchmarks of crane wire ropes.This article discusses and analyzes the requirements of MRT in ISO 4309-2017 to provide references for relevant practitioners of hoisting machinery.
