摘要
传统以个人经验为主的隧道爆破设计已经越来越不能满足现场爆破要求。鉴于此,从光面爆破效果影响因素出发,深入分析当前爆破存在的问题,针对不同围岩条件、起爆器材、掏槽方法、周边孔设置等方面内容开展深入探讨,形成爆破设计的通用原则和设计绘图标准模型,进一步在AutoCAD中进行绘图程序的二次开发,实现铁路、公路及地铁等交通隧道的施工爆破设计自动化出图。提出的方法能有效改善爆破效果,极大提升爆破设计的自动化水平,可供相关单位进行参考。
The traditional tunnel blasting design,which mainly relies on personal experience,is increasingly unable to meet the on-site blasting requirements.In light of this,starting from the factors influencing smooth blasting effects,this paper thoroughly analyzes the current issues in blasting.It delves into aspects such as different surrounding rock conditions,initiation materials,cut methods,and peripheral hole settings.The objective is to establish general principles for blasting design and standard design models for drawing,followed by secondary development of drawing programs in AutoCAD to achieve automated blasting design for construction of railway,highway,and subway tunnels.The proposed method can efectively improve blasting results,signifcantly enhance the level of automation in blasting design,and serve as a reference for relevant organizations..
