摘要
为研究浅埋偏压大跨度无中导连拱隧道施工力学特性,依托云南楚大高速公路金山隧道,采用FLAC3D有限差分软件分析动态施工过程中围岩位移及支护结构承载特性,并提出针对性施工优化措施。结果表明:先行洞开挖时,先行洞拱部左右侧围岩位移呈不对称分布,偏压作用显著;后行洞开挖后,围岩扰动范围扩大,地形偏压效应增大;后行洞施工致先行洞衬砌结构安全系数显著减小,搭接处和共用初期支护部位为结构承载关键点;施工中可采取优化先、后行洞初期支护搭接点钢架连接方式和后行洞开挖工法,从而保障施工安全。
In order to study the construction mechanical characteristics of shallow buried unsymmetrically loaded large span multi-arch tunnel without middle drift,based on the Jinshan Tunnel on Chuxiong-Dali Expressway in Yunnan,the finite difference software FLAC3D was used to analyze the displacement of surrounding rock and bearing characteristics of supporting structure during the dynamic construction process,and the corresponding optimization measures were proposed.The results show that in the case of first tunnel excavation,the displacement of surrounding rock on the left and right sides of the arch of the previously excavated tunnel is asymmetrical,and the unsymmetric loadding effect is significant.After the excavation of subsequent tunnel,the disturbance range of surrounding rock is enlarged,and the unsymmetric loading effect is increased.The construction of subsequent tunnel leads to a significant reduction in the safety factor of previously excavated tunnel lining,and the overlapping point and the sharing primary support position are the key points of the structure.Construction safety can be ensured by optimizing the construction method of subsequently excavated tunnel and the steel frame connection mode at the.overlapping point during construction.
