摘要
为培养我国急需的高水平技术技能人才,文章以广西壮族自治区10所中职院校为例,从中职学生的学习态度、感知学习风格、学习动机、学习策略等4个维度,对中职院校学生的学习需求进行调查。调查结果发现,学生内部需求与年级间存在差异。文章以个性化学习理念为指导,借助现代信息技术,提出了"学习需求分析—个性化施教—个性化评价—教学反思"的中职院校循环教学路径,以提高教学成效,推进中职教育高质量发展。
This article makes a survey on the learning needs of the students in the secondary vocational schools from 10 secondary vocational schools of Guangxi from the 4 perspectives of attitude,style,motivation and strategy of learning so as to find out an appropriate teaching method for cultivating the high-skilled personnel.The results show that there are significant differences between students’internal needs and grades.Under the guidance of the personalized learning concepts,this article discusses the circulation teaching mode which includes“needs analysis-personalized teaching-personalized evaluation-teaching reflection”with the help of modern information technology for the purpose of improving the teaching effectiveness and supporting the high-quality development of secodary vocational education.
