高质量发展背景下乡村小学教师培养的价值意蕴、存在困境与路径探求

摘要 教育是阻断贫困代际传递、推动乡村可持续发展的重要途径。作为乡村教育的第一资源,乡村小学教师是知识的传播者,也是乡土文化的守护者。地方高师院校是乡村小学高质量教师的主要来源。培养高质量乡村教师,有利于促进乡村教育发展和文化赓续。高质量教育的实现,根植于教师群体的专业素养与能力之上。在教育强国建设和高质量发展背景下,对乡村小学而言,高质量教师的作用体现在支撑乡村基础教育、为乡村教育发展储备人力资本、推进乡村文化建设和发展等方面。文章分析了目前乡村小学教师的职前培养,培养目标的定位与乡村小学实际发展存在偏差、课程设置缺乏“乡土”特色、师范生在乡村小学的就业意向不坚定等问题。提出地方高师院校作为教师人才的培养基地,需要明确师范生培养目标与定位、优化师范生课程体系和教学模式、培养师范生服务乡村小学教育的坚定信念。同时联合政府相关部门,为师范人才培养提供政策支持,共同为乡村小学教师的培养发力。 Education plays an important role in eliminating the inter-generational transmission of poverty and promoting the sustainable development of rural area.As the major sources of rural education,it is up to the rural teachers to spread knowledge and local cultures.Local normal colleges are the major providers of highquality teaching staff.The training of high-quality rural teachers is conducive to promote the development of rural education and cultural inheritance.And the realization of high-quality education is based upon the professional quality and ability of the teaching staff.In the background of constructing powerful country of education and high-quality development,the high-quality teachers in rural primary schools plays an important role in supporting rural basic education,reserving human capital for rural education development,and promoting rural culture construction and development.As for the current pre-service education for teachers in rural primary schools,there are deviations between the training objectives and the teaching practice of the schools such as the insufficiency of rural features in the curriculum,and the reluctance of the students in working in rural primary schools.As the provider of teacher talents,local normal colleges are supposed to clarify the training objectives and positioning of normal students,optimize the curriculum and teaching mode and cultivate their firm belief in serving rural primary education.At the same time,the colleges are supposed to cooperate with the relevant departments of the government to provide policy support and make efforts jointly for the development and training.
