摘要
阐述了螺杆膨胀发电技术在钢铁企业的应用。以某企业700KW余热发电为案例,描述了低压蒸汽利用方案、主要设备参数、经济效益分析、系统工艺布置等方面。结果表明,螺杆膨胀发电是中低温热能发电的优选技术,该技术有效利用了余热资源,降低了企业成本,具有良好的社会效益和环境效益好。
The application of screw expansion power generation technology in iron and steel enterprises is expounded.Taking the 700KW waste heat power generation of an enterprise as a case,the low-voltage steam utilization scheme,main equipment parameters,economic benefit analysis,system process layout and other aspects are described.The results show that the screw expansion power generation is the preferred technology of medium and low temperature thermal power generation,which effectively uses the waste heat resources,reduces the cost of enterprises,and has good social benefits and good environmental benefits.
