摘要
目的:探讨健脾消萎汤联合清热和胃方对湿热中阻型慢性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将90例湿热中阻型慢性胃炎患者采用抽签法分为两组,对照组45例给予常规治疗,治疗组45例采用健脾消萎汤联合清热和胃方治疗。治疗3个月后对比两组患者的中医证候评分、病理评分、Hp感染根除率。结果:治疗组患者主症、次症评分,萎缩、肠化生、异型增生、慢性炎症、炎症活动度评分均低于对照组,且PGR、G-17、PGⅠ水平较对照组升高明显(P<0.05),胃镜下黏膜组织病理变化及总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾消萎汤联合清热和胃方治疗湿热中阻型慢性胃炎患者,临床症状得到明显改善,中医证侯评分、病理评分及胃镜下黏膜组织症状均明显改善,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpi Xiaowei decoction combined with Qingre Hewei prescription on chronic gastritis of dampness-heat accumulation type.Methods:90 cases of chronic gastritis of dampness-heat accumulation type were divided into two groups by drawing lots,45 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment,45 cases in the treatment group were treated with Jianpi Xiaowei decoction combined with Qingre Hewei prescription.After 3 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,pathological score and HP eradication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of main and secondary symptoms,atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia,chronic inflammation and inflammatory activity in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of PGR,G-17 and PGⅠwere significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The eradication rate and total effective rate of HP infection in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of patients with chronic gastritis of dampness-heat accumulation type were significantly improved after receiving the combined treatment of Jianpi Xiaowei decoction and Qingre Hewei prescription,the symptom score,pathological score and mucosa tissue symptom under gastroscope were improved obviously,which has clinical application value.
