On Language Use,Attitude and Identity of Minority Migrant Workers

摘要城镇化的快速发展使少数民族农民工流动规模不断扩大,其市民化水平关系到城镇化进程、民族地区发展与和谐社会建设。基于对南宁市少数民族农民工的语言使用、语言能力、语言态度和社会认同的调查,认为受教育程度、融入城市意愿、来邕务工时长、社会认同等因素对少数民族农民工语言能力影响显著,而语言能力对少数民族农民工经济收入影响显著。在语言态度上,少数民族农民工认为普通话优于汉语方言和民族语,但他们对母语的认同意识有所提高。不断完善制度政策保障、构建和谐语言生活、加强技能教育培训,对少数民族农民工市民化发展、推进城镇化建设、铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有重要意义。 The rapid development of urbanization has led to the continuous expansion of minority migrant workers,whose level of urbanization is related to the urbanization process,the development of ethnic areas,and the con struction of a harmonious society.Based on a survey of the language use,language ability,language attitude,and social identity of minority migrant workers in Nanning City,it is believed that factors such as education level,willingness to integrate into the city,length of time working in Nanning,and social identity have a significant impact on the language ability of minority migrant workers,and language ability has a significant impact on their economic income.In terms of language attitude,minority migrant workers believe that Mandarin is superior to Chinese dialects and ethnic languages,but their awareness of identity with their mother tongue has increased.Contin uously improving institutional policies and guarantees,building a harmonious language life,and strengthening skills education and training are of great significance for the civic development of minority migrant workers,the pro motion of urbanization construction,and the strengthening of the awareness of the Chinese nation as a community.
