摘要
目的探讨肠道病毒71型(Enterovirus 71,EV71)灭活疫苗对预防手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)的预防作用及安全性。方法选取2018年1—12月山东省广饶县大码头镇辖区内786例适龄儿童为研究对象,按照是否接种EV71疫苗分为研究组(接种疫苗)367例与对照组(未接种疫苗)419例。分析儿童接种EV71疫苗后的不良反应,并统计比较两组儿童2年内EV71型HFMD发生率及重症HFMD发生率。结果研究组儿童接种EV71疫苗后30 d内不良反应发生率为3.54%(26/734);不同性别、不同年龄儿童接种EV71疫苗后全身不良反应、局部不良反应比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。随访2年,研究组EV71型HFMD发生率为0.27%,低于对照组的2.15%(P<0.05),两组重症HFMD发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论接种EV71疫苗,不良反应发生率低且症状轻微,具有较高安全性,可有效降低EV71型HFMD发病率。
Objective To investigate preventive effect and safety of inactivated Enterovirus 71 vaccine(EV71 vaccine)in the prevention of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods A total of 786 school-age children in Damatou Town,Guangrao County were recruited as research subjects from January to December 2018.According to whether receiving EV71 vaccine or not,they were divided into study group(n=367 cases,vaccinated)and control group(n=419 cases,not vaccinated).Their adverse reactions after receiving EV71 vaccine were analyzed,and the incidence of EV71 type HFMD and severe HFMD within 2 years were compared between 2 groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions within 30 days after receiving EV71 vaccine in the study group was3.54%(26/734);There was no statistical significance in systemic and local adverse reactions after EV71 vaccination among children of different genders and ages(all P>0.05).After 2 years follow-up,the incidence of EV71 HFMD in the study group was 0.27%,which was lower than that in the control group(2.15%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of severe HFMD between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion EV71 vaccination has low incidence of adverse reactions and mild symptoms with high safety.It can effectively reduce the incidence of EV71 HFMD.
