摘要
新型离层注浆技术主要是通过施工地面钻孔(施工过程中通过对钻孔进行取心,对关键层进行判层,选定离层注浆层位后按设计要求进行下管、固井等,完成钻孔施工),然后建设地面注浆站,安装注浆设备、管线,对钻孔进行注浆。以山西潞安集团夏店煤矿3117工作面为例,对离层注浆施工中定向钻探技术钻孔布置、钻孔结构、施工工艺以及取心判层等情况进行系统分析,为后期施工同类型工作面钻孔打下经验基础。
New abscission layer grouting technology is mainly through surface borehole operation(during the operation process carried out coring,key layer identification,after abscission layer grouting horizon determination,according to design requirement carried out pipe lowering down,well cementation etc,then borehole completion).After that is to construct surface grouting station,install grouting equipment,pipeline and carry out grouting.The paper has taking working face No.3117 of the Xiadian coalmine,Lu’an Chemical Group Co.Ltd.,Shanxi as an example,carried out systematic analysis for directional drilling boreholes layout,borehole configuration,operation technology and coring,layer identification etc in abscission layer grouting operation.The study has laid experience base for same type working faces borehole drilling henceforth.
