摘要
蒙古国是全球煤炭资源最集中、最丰富的地区之一。中国是蒙古国第一大煤炭贸易伙伴。煤炭产品品种和等级划分对于预测煤炭的性质、合理利用资源、便利煤炭贸易具有重要意义。本文在翻译蒙古国与中国煤炭品种和等级划分标准的基础上,对比分析了两国标准的基本概要、质量指标等,从而得知中蒙两国标准在规范性引用文件、分类依据、侧重点等方面存在差异,我国煤炭产品分类等级在使用和生产时适用性和指导性更强。为了提升中蒙两国煤炭贸易便利化水平,有必要推动双方标准互认互通。
Mongolia is one of the regions with the most concentrated and abundant coal resources in the world.China is Mongolia’s largest coal trading partner.The classification of coal product varieties and grades is of great significance for predicting the nature of coal,rationally using resources,and facilitating coal trade.Based on the translation of the classification standards of coal varieties and grades between Mongolia and China,this paper compares and analyzes the basic outline and quality indicators of the two standards.As a result,it is found that there are differences in normative citation documents,classification basis and emphasis between the two countries standards,in order to promote the coal trade facilitation between China and Mongolia.China’s coal product classification level is more applicable and guiding in use and production.It is necessary to promote the mutual recognition and exchange of product standards between the two countries.
