摘要
结合分子DNA条形码技术,在锡林郭勒典型草原探究放牧对草地群落系统发育多样性和系统发育结构的影响,同时还探究了土壤因子对群落系统发育多样性及结构的影响。研究发现:(1)随着放牧强度的增加,植物群落系统发育多样性呈现显著下降趋势,多元逐步回归结果发现土壤含水量是其主导因素。(2)群落系统发育结构呈现出先发散(对照-轻度-中度)再聚集(中度-重度-极重度)的变化趋势,多元逐步回归结果发现其主导因素为土壤全磷含量。本研究结果表明,放牧会显著降低内蒙古典型草原植物群落的系统发育多样性,并使群落的系统发育结构趋于聚集,群落内物种间的亲缘关系聚集。
The effects of grazing on the phylogenetic diversity and phylogenetic structure of grassland communities in Xilin Gol typical grassland were studied with molecular DNA barcoding technology.The effects of soil factors on the phylogenetic diversity and phylogenetic structure of the grassland community were also investigated.The results showed that:(1)The community phylogenetic diversity decreased gradually with the grazing gradient,and the rusults of multiple stepwise regression showed that soil moisture was the dominant factor.(2)The community phylogenetic structure showed a trend of divergence(control-mid-moderate)and aggregation(moclerate-severe-verysevere),and multiple stepwise regression results shewed that the dominant factor was the total phosphorus content of soil.The results of this study indicated that grazing significamtly reduced the piylogenetic diversity of typical steppe plant communities in Inner Mongolia,and the phylogenetic structure of the community tended to aggregate,and the genetic relationship among the species in the community gathered.
