摘要
禽呼肠孤病毒(Avian Reovirus,ARV)是一种双链RNA病毒,感染鸡、鸭和鹅等多种禽类,根据其感染宿主不同,其临床症状及病理变化差异较大。近年来,ARV感染率不断上升,对养禽业造成严重的经济损失。因此,为了控制ARV疫病的传播及实施早期治疗,建立快速准确的诊断技术迫在眉睫。文章综述了ARV的免疫学和分子生物学诊断方法的研究进展,以期为ARV病防控提供参考。
Avian reovirus(ARV)is a double-stranded RNA virus that infects a variety of birds,including chicken,duck and goose.The clinical symptoms and pathological changes has great difference due to the host of infection.In recent years,the infection rate of avian reovirus is increasing continuously,which has caused serious economic losses in poultry industry.In order to control the spread and implement early treatment of ARV,it is urgent to establish rapid and accurate diagnostic techniques.In this paper the recent progresses of immunological and molecular biological diagnostic methods of ARV were reviewed,which would provide reference for prevention and control of ARV infection.
