摘要
目的探讨B超引导下经皮肾镜应用瑞士EMS第四代超声/弹道碎石清石系统治疗肾结石的护理配合。方法做好术前护理评估,全面了解患者现存的或潜在的健康问题,强调关注患者的心理状况,指导患者进行特殊体位练习。手术物品准备齐全。术中严密观察患者生命体征和并发症,巡回护士与术者熟练配合,严格无菌操作。仪器设备使用时严格执行操作程序消毒灭菌符合要求,术后正确清洗、保养。结果80例患者均1次治疗成功,一期结石清除率为97.50%。所有病例均未发生护理并发症。结论经皮肾镜EMS碎石清石系统是治疗肾结石安全、高效的方法。精心充分的术前准备、紧密熟练的术中配合是手术顺利完成的保证,而仪器设备的正确使用,清洗和保养不仅是确保手术得以顺利进行的重要环节,而且能保持仪器设备的性能完好并延长其使用寿命。
Objective To explore the nursing cooperation of the fourth generation of Swiss EMS ultrasonic/ballistic lithotripsy system in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods Preoperative nursing evaluation should be done well to fully understand the existing or potential health problems of patients,pay attention to the psychological status of patients,and guide patients to carry out special posture exercises.Surgical supplies are well prepared.During the operation,the vital signs and complications of the patients were observed closely,the traveling nurses cooperated with the operators skillfully,and the aseptic operation was strictly carried out.When using the instruments and equipment,strictly implement the operation procedures,disinfection and sterilization meet the requirements,and clean and maintain them correctly after the operation.Results All the 80 cases were successfully treated once,and the first stone removal rate was 97.50%.No nursing complications occurred in all cases.Conclusion EMS lithotripsy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of renal calculi.Careful and sufficient preoperative preparation,close and skilled intraoperative cooperation are the guarantee of the successful completion of the operation,and the correct use,cleaning and maintenance of the instruments and equipment are not only the important links to ensure the smooth operation,but also to maintain the performance of the instruments and equipment in good condition and extend their service life.
