摘要
目的观察胰激肽原酶加缬沙坦对糖尿病肾病的治疗效果并分析其对临床症状的改善作用。方法选取2018年1月至12月于本院治疗糖尿病肾病的80例患者,以患者采取的不同用药方案为分组依据,将患者分入单用缬沙坦的对照组、联用胰激肽原酶加缬沙坦的研究组,每组40例。组间比较临床疗效与治疗后的肾间质纤维化指标。结果研究组临床总有效率90%,比对照组的65%高,治疗后其肾间质纤维化指标——血清及尿血管紧张素II和结缔组织生长因子均低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰激肽原酶联合缬沙坦可有效治疗糖尿病肾病并改善其临床症状。
Objective to observe curative effect of pancreatic kininogenase combined with valsartan on diabetic nephropathy and analyze its clinical symptoms improvement.Methods choose 80 cases diabetic nephropathy patients in our hospital from January to December 2018,divide them into control group with valsartan only and study group with pancreatic kininogenase and valsartan,40 cases in each group.Compare clinical effect and index of renal interstitial fibrosis between two groups.Results total clinical effective rate of study group was 90%,higher than 65%of control group.After treatment,renal interstitial fibrosis indexes---serum and urinary angiotension II,and connective tissue growth factor,were lower than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion pancreatic kininogenase combined with valsartan can treat diabetic nephropathy effectively and improve its clinical symptoms.
