摘要
目的探讨精索静脉曲张外科治疗的临床研究。方法选取我院2016年1月至2019年7月收治的56例原发性精索静脉曲张的患者,将患者随机分为3组,腹腔镜组30例、显微外科组6例、介入栓塞组20例。术后比较3组患者临床疗效、手术一般情况(住院时间、手术时间及住院费用)、并发症的发生情况。结果腹腔镜组的总有效率为93.33%,显微外科组的总有效率为83.33%,介入栓塞组的总有效率为90.00%(P>0.05)。术后,腹腔镜组住院时间长于显微外科组,住院费用以及手术时间低于其他两组(P<0.05);显微外科组住院时间少于其他两组,住院费用高于其他两组(P<0.05)。治疗后,显微外科组并发症的总发生率为16.67%明显低于其他两组(20.00%/25.00%)(P<0.05)。结论精索静脉曲张患者应用传统腹腔镜精索静脉曲张高位结扎术手术时间短、术后恢复时间长,显微外科结扎术术后、并发症少,可能成为手术治疗的理想辅助手段,值得进一步研究以及推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical study of surgical treatment of varicocele.Methods 56 patients with primary varicocele admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to July 2019 were randomly divided into three groups:laparoscopic group(30 cases),microsurgery group(6 cases)and interventional embolization group(20 cases).After operation,the clinical effect,general condition of operation(hospitalization time,operation time and hospitalization expense)and complications of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 93.33%in laparoscopic group,83.33%in microsurgery group and 90.00%in interventional embolization group(P>0.05).After operation,the hospitalization time of laparoscopic group was longer than that of microsurgery group,the hospitalization cost and operation time were lower than those of the other two groups(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of microsurgery group was shorter than that of the other two groups,and the hospitalization cost was higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the total incidence of complications in the microsurgery group was 16.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the other two groups(20.00%/25.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional laparoscopic high ligation of varicocele has the advantages of short operative time,long postoperative recovery time,less complications,and may be an ideal auxiliary means of surgical treatment,which is worth further study and promotion.
