摘要
目的观察分析维生素B_(1)联合足三里穴位注射促进剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效。方法将2020年1月至2020年12月我院接诊的40例剖宫产产妇进行研究,根据随机抽签法进行分组,将其分为实验组和参照组,每组20例。参照组病人选择一般的常规康复锻炼,实验组则是选择在足三里穴位注射维生素B_(1)治疗,比较两组产妇术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、恢复排便时间以及两组产妇的治疗效果、不良情况。结果实验组病人的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、恢复排便时间显著优于参照组,差异较大(P<0.05);且实验组的治疗效果也显著优于参照组,差异较大(P<0.05);实验组病人的不良反应情况与参照组则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在剖宫产患者的肠胃功能恢复治疗中,对患者实施维生素B_(1)足三里穴位注射治疗是一种理想的治疗措施,其可以明显提升患者的治疗效果,缩短患者肠胃不适的持续时间,且无明显副作用,是一种安全有效的治疗措施,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of vitamin B_(1) combined with Zusanli acupoint injection in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section.Methods forty cases of cesarean section in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,20 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional intramuscular injection,while the patients in the experimental group were given Zusanli acupoint injection.The recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,recovery defecation time,therapeutic effect and adverse conditions of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time and defecation recovery time of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the reference group (P<0.05).The treatment effect of the experimental group was also significantly better than that of the reference group (P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the experimental group were not significantly different from those of the reference group (P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with cesarean section,the implementation of vitamin B_(1) combined with Zusanli acupoint injection is an ideal treatment,which can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients,shorten the duration of gastrointestinal discomfort,and no obvious side effects,is a safe and effective treatment,worthy of clinical promotion.
