无创高频振荡通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的效果分析

摘要 目的分析无创高频振荡通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的效果。方法选择广东省江门市新会区第二人民医院2017年1月-2020年1月新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿共50例,数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例,所有患者均常规使用肺表面活性物质治疗,在此基础上,对照组的患儿给予经鼻持续气道正压通气治疗,观察组采取无创高频振荡通气治疗。比较效果。结果治疗后两组血氧分压、氧合指数、吸入氧气浓度均改善,且观察组血氧分压、氧合指数、吸入氧气浓度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率24(96.00)高于对照组17(68.00),χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,χ^(2)=3.947,P<0.05。结论无创高频振荡通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的效果确切。 Objective To analyze effect of noninvasive high-frequency oscillatory ventilation on neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods The paper chose a total of 50 cases neonatal respiratory distress syndrome children in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020,and divided them into control group and observation group with random digital table method,with 25 cases in each group.All cases were treated with pulmonary surfactant.On the basis,children in control group was treated with nasal continuous positive airway pressure,and observation group with noninvasive high frequency oscillatory ventilation.Curative effect was compared between two gorups.Results After treatment,blood oxygen partial pressure,oxygenation index and inhaled oxygen concentration of two groups were improved,while blood oxygen partial pressure,oxygenation index and inhaled oxygen concentration of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate of observation group 24(96.00)was higher than control group 17(68.00),χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05.Incidence of complications in observation group is lower than control group,χ^(2)=3.947,P<0.05.Conclusion Noninvasive high-frequency oscillatory ventilation can achieve acurate effect in treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.
