摘要
目的探讨旋覆代赭汤治疗脾胃虚弱证糖尿病胃轻瘫(diabetic gastroparesis,DGP)的临床效果。方法选择我院诊治的DGP患者72例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各36例。对照组给予基础治疗和枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予旋覆代赭汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、胃肠激素、胃排空率和中医证候积分。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率(94.44%)高于对照组(72.22%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组胃泌素、胃动素均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),胃排空率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组喜温喜按、脘腹痞闷、恶心欲吐、纳呆、舌淡苔白、大便稀溏、身倦乏力积分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论旋覆代赭汤治疗脾胃虚弱证DGP可改善疗效和胃动力,缓解临床症状。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)with weak spleen and stomach.Methods 72 patients with DGP who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment and Mosapride Citrate Tablets treatment,and the treatment group was given Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal hormones,gastric emptying rate and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate(94.44%)was higher than that of the control group(72.22%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastrin and motilin of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the gastric emptying rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the treatment group’s liking for warmth and pressing,nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,pale tongue and white fur,loose stools,and fatigue scores and total score were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in the treatment of DGP with weak spleen and stomach can improve the curative effect and gastric motility,and significantly relieve the clinical symptoms.
