摘要
目的分析探究钻孔引流术治疗高血压脑出血患者的临床效果和价值。方法选择2018年5月-2021年5月收治的18例高血压脑出血患者展开综合分析,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(钻孔引流术)和对照组(内科保守治疗),各9例,并针对两组患者治疗前后手术各项指标、神经功能指标水平以及治疗前后生活质量评分的变化情况进行比较。结果观察组手术各项指标显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3d和术后7d的血肿清除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组NIHSS和VAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组NIHSS评分、VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组生活质量评分(SF-36)无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为高血压脑出血的患者应用钻孔引流术进行治疗具有极高的治疗效果,其对于改善患者临床症状和炎性因子水平均具有积极的促进作用,同时也有效改善了患者神经功能损伤情况,确保其治疗的安全性和有效性,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect and value of drilling and drainage in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Eighteen patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected for comprehensive analysis.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(drainage and drainage)and control group(conservative treatment in internal medicine),each with 9 cases.The comparison of the changes in the levels of surgical indicators,neurological function indicators,and quality of life scores before and after treatment between the two groups of patients was compared.Results The operation indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hematoma clearance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at three and seven days after surgery(P<0.05).Before treatment there was no significant difference in NIHSS and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS and VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores(SF-36)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of drilling drainage for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has a very high therapeutic effect.It has a positive effect on improving the clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors of the patient,and it also effectively improves the patient’s neurological damage.To ensure the safety and effectiveness of its treatment,it is worthy of promotion and application.
