摘要
目的探究复方芩兰口服液治疗急性上呼吸道感染外感风热证的有效性。方法以江苏省常州市第二人民医院阳湖院区2020年1月-2021年1月间收治的急性上呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,从中选择120例,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组60例予以常规西药治疗,基于此实验组60例加服复方芩兰口服液,比较两组患者治疗后解热时间、治疗后有效率、治疗前后中医症候积分、治疗前后血清炎症因子IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α含量。结果经7d治疗后,比较两组患者解热时间,对照组明显多于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗有效率比较,对照组80%低于实验组93.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于治疗前,两组患者发热、鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽等中医症候积分有明显下降表现,且实验组下降程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于治疗前,两组患者机体IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α等炎性因子水平仅有所降低,但实验组降低程度更显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论服用复方芩兰口服液治疗急性上呼吸道感染外感风热症疗效确切,且能明显改善发热、鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽能症状,同时能减轻炎症因子水平。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of compound Qinlan oral liquid in the treatment of exogenous wind-heat syndrome of acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods Taking the patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 as the research object,120 cases were selected and randomly divided into two groups.60 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.Based on this,60 cases in the experimental group were treated with compound Qinlan oral liquid.The antipyretic time,effective rate and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,serum inflammatory factors IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF before and after treatment-αcontent.Results After 7 days of treatment,the antipyretic time in the control group was significantly longer than that in the observation group(P<0.05);the effective rate in the control group was 80%lower than 93.33%in the experimental group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms such as fever,nasal congestion,runny nose and cough in the two groups decreased significantly,and the decrease degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels of other inflammatory factors were only decreased,but the decrease in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Qinlan oral solution is effective in treating exogenous wind-fever of acute upper respiratory tract infection,and can significantly improve the symptoms of fever,nasal congestion,runny nose and cough,as well as reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
