摘要
目的分析对老年髋部骨折内固定术后的护理方法及效果。方法本次选取江门市人民医院2019年10月-2020年10月收治的80例老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象,随机均分为常规组和综合组,40例行常规护理,40例行综合护理,对两组患者的心理状态、生活质量、并发症以及护理满意度调查结果等数据进行比较。结果护理前两组患者的心理状态评分、生活质量评分并无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后综合组心理状态以及生活质量评分优于常规组;其并发症发生率低于常规组;对护理的满意度高于常规组,组间以上数据经进行对比分析,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年髋部骨折内固定术后行综合护理能在改善患者的负面心理状态的同时提升患者的生活质量,能有效的控制和降低患者术后并发症的发生率,提升患者对护理方式的满意程度,具有良好的临床应用及普及价值。
Objective To analyze the nursing methods and effects after internal fixation of hip fractures in the elderly.Methods This time,80 elderly hip fracture patients who were treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into routine group and comprehensive group,40 routine care routine,40 routine comprehensive routine Nursing,compare the psychological status,quality of life,complications,and nursing satisfaction survey results of the two groups of patients.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of mental status and quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);the mental status and quality of life scores of the comprehensive group after nursing were better than those of the conventional group;the incidence of complications was lower than that of the conventional group;Satisfaction with nursing is higher than that of the conventional group.The above data between the groups is statistically significant after comparative analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care after internal fixation of the elderly hip fracture can improve the patient’s negative mental state while improving the patient’s quality of life,effectively controlling and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications,and improving patient care Satisfaction degree,has good clinical application and popularization value.
