摘要
目的分析化疗后有消化道反应患者行半夏泻心汤联合四君子汤治疗的价值。方法以2020年11月-2021年11月为起始,纳入90例化疗后有消化道反应的患者,以随机数字表法均分入试验组和对照组,每组各90例。对照组行潘立酮治疗,试验组行半夏泻心汤联合四君子汤治疗,对两组治疗前后的胃肠激素水平、治疗疗效、症状改善情况及血清因子值急性测定和对比。结果治疗前1d比较两组GAS、CGRP指标,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组高于对照组,形成统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,相比较于对照组,试验组的IL-1α、IL-6、TNF-α的水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的恶心呕吐反应、腹胀表现、厌食情绪、排便困难等占比更低,统计学差异明显(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤和四君子汤联合应用于化疗后消化道反应患者,在调节患者消化道不良反应方面有明显作用,且可稳定胃肠激素值。
Objective To analyze value of pinellia heart-draining decoction combined with four noble drugs decoction in treatment of patients with chemotherapy induced gastrointestinal reactions.Methods The paper chose 90 patients with digestive tract reactions after chemotherapy from November 2020 to November 2021,and divided them into experimental group and control group with random digital table method,with 45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Panlitazone,while experimental group was treated with pinellia heart-draining decoction combined with four noble drugs decoction.Levels of gastrointestinal hormones,treatment effect,symptom improvement,and serum factor values were measured and compared before and after treatment in both groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in GAS and CGRP indicators between two groups 1 day before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,those of experimental group were higher than control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-1α,IL-6,TNF-αlevels in experimental group weres lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,proportion of nausea and vomiting reactions,abdominal distension symptoms,anorexia,and difficulty in defecation in experimental group was lower,with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Total effective rate of experimental groupwas higher than control group,and difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of pinellia heart-draining decoction combined with four noble drugs decoction can achieve significant effect on regulating gastrointestinal adverse reactions of patients with gastrointestinal reactions after chemotherapy,and can stabilize gastrointestinal hormone levels.
