摘要
中国式现代化既有各国现代化的共同特征,更有基于自己国情的中国特色。中国式现代化必然是法治轨道上的现代化。刑事检察是国家法律制度、司法制度的重要组成部分,是国家法治文明程度和人权保障程度的重要体现,刑事检察的现代化是中国式法治现代化不可或缺的组成部分。刑事检察现代化是“中国式”和“现代性”的有机融合。中国式刑事检察现代化应当立足国情和司法实际,坚持走中国特色社会主义道路,确立现代刑事司法理念和政策,推动制度机制创新完善,适应数字化时代需要,充分运用大数据,提升刑事检察监督质效,以刑事检察现代化推动法治现代化,助推国家治理现代化。
The Chinese path to modernization not only has the common characteristics of modernization of other countries,but also has Chinese characteristics based on its own national conditions.The Chinese path to modernization is inevitably on the track of the rule of law.Criminal procuratorate is an important part of the national legal and judicial system,and an important embodiment of the civilization of rule of law and the protection of human rights.The modernization of criminal procuratorate is an indispensable part of the Chinese path to the modernization of rule of law.It is an organic fusion of“China”and“modernization”.The Chinese path to the modernization of criminal procuratorate should be based on national conditions and judicial realities,adhere to the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,establish modern criminal justice concepts and policies,and promote the innovation and improvement of systems and mechanisms.It should adapt to the needs of the digital era,make full use of big data,improve the quality and efficiency of criminal procuratorate supervision,promote the modernization of the rule of law with the modernization of criminal procuratorate,and enhance the modernization of national governance.
