摘要 目的:建立蒙药嘎拉萨乌日乐的质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别方法鉴别处方中的诃子、木香;采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对嘎拉萨乌日乐中石菖蒲进行薄层色谱定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定嘎拉萨乌日乐中没食子酸的含量。结果:显微鉴别中各药材组织特征明显;TLC法中样品与对照药材色谱对应位置上显相同颜色的斑点,阴性中无干扰。没食子酸对照品在23.5~705.9 ng范围内呈良好的线性关系。回归方程为Y=64795X+0.105,r^(2)=0.9999,平均回收率为101.01%。结论:确定了处方中石细胞(诃子)、菊糖(木香)的显微鉴别;石菖蒲薄层色谱定性鉴别专属性强;没食子酸的含量测定方法专属性强、重现性好、灵敏度高、简便快捷,方中其他组分对其测定无干扰,成功地建立了蒙药嘎拉萨乌日乐的质量标准。 Objective:To establish the quality standard of Mongolian medicine Galasa Wurile.Methods:To identify Chebulae Fructus and Aucklandiae Radix by microscopic identification.TLC was used for the qualitative identification of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma in Galasa Wurile.A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was used to determine the content of gallic acid in Galasa Wurile.Results:The tissue characteristics of each herb were obvious in microscopic identification.TLC method showed the same color spots on the corresponding position of the sample and the control drug,and no interference in the negative.The gallic acid was linear in the range of 23.5 ng to 705.9 ng.The regression equation was Y=64795X+0.105,r^(2)=0.9999,and the average recovery was 101.01%.Conclusion:The microscopic identification of stone sells(Chebulae Fructus)and chrysanthemum sugar(Aucklandiae Radix)in the prescription was determined.TLC had strong specificity in qualitative identification of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma;The method for the determination of gallic acid content has strong specificity,good reproducibility,high sensitivity,simple and fast,and other components in the formula have no interference to the determination of gallic acid,so the quality standard of Galasa Wurile has been successfully established.
