摘要
镁合金具有优异的生物可降解性及力学性能,是理想的生物骨植入材料。然而在体内植入的复杂环境下,镁合金存在因其快速腐蚀而与骨植入材料所需力学性能的矛盾。自组装技术可降低镁合金植入物的腐蚀速率。本文综述了镁合金表面自组装技术的分类,以及自组装技术在镁合金耐蚀性、生物相容性和抗菌性等方面的应用。最后总结了镁合金表面自组装技术的发展趋势和展望。
Magnesium alloy has excellent biodegradability and mechanical properties.It is an ideal biological bone implant material.However,in the complex environment of implantation in vivo,magnesium alloy has a contradiction with the mechanical properties required by bone implant materials due to its rapid corrosion.Self-assembly technology could reduce the corrosion rate of magnesium alloy implants.This paper reviewed the classification of surface self-assembly technology of magnesium alloys and its application to corrosion resistance,biocompatibility and antibacterial properties of magnesium alloys.The results showed that the research on magnesium alloy surface self-assembly technology is gradually mature,but there were also some problems to be solved.Finally,the research progress of magnesium alloy surface self-assembly technology was summarized and suggestions were provided.
