摘要
剧本杀作为真人角色扮演类游戏,近年来发展成一种颇具中国特色的青年亚文化。本文以参与式观察和深度访谈的研究方法,借用亚当斯的媒介四象限框架,对剧本杀作为媒介与空间、地方的关系进行分析和阐释。研究发现:剧本杀虽然发生在线下空间,但玩家作为节点在网络空间呈现了拓扑式的连接关系,这种关系体现了网络空间与现实空间并不是二元对立的,反而是一种互补和延伸;由于经济和城市结构发展的不均衡,剧本杀的空间分布也不均衡,这联系着空间实践中权力关系的不平等;表征和非表征的因素共同建构了剧本杀的地方感;而具身性也使得玩家共享了地方性经验和情感。通过剧本杀的研究,我们肯定媒介、空间和地方的关系是去边界化的,而节点与节点之间是一种网络超链接式的关联。
Live Action Role Playing(LARP)games have developed into a distinctive form of youth subculture with Chinese characteristics in recent years.Employing participatory observation and in-depth interviews,and borrowing Paul C.Adams’Quadrant Diagram,this paper analyzes and interprets LARP Games as the relationship between media and space/place.The research findings indicate that while LARP games take place in offline spaces,players as nodes,exhibit topological connections in online spaces.This relationship shows that online and offline spaces are not binary opposites,but rather complementary and extensions of each other.Furthermore,the uneven spatial distribution of LARP games is affected by uneven economic and urban development,reflecting power inequalities within spatial practices.The sense of place in LARP games is constructed through both representational and non-representational factors.Additionally,embodiment enables players to share local experiences and emotions.Through the study of LARP games,we affirm the de-bordering nature of the relationship between media,space,and place,and the connections between nodes resemble a networked hyperlinked structure.
