摘要
[目的]研究溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者血清中低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、Beclin1、Toll样受体4(TLR4)水平与其病情严重程度的关系。[方法]选取2015-02—2018-02期间100例UC患者为观察组,以同期100例进行健康体检者为对照组,比较2组Beclin1、HIF-1α、TLR4表达水平之间的差异,分析血清中HIF-1α、Beclin1、TLR4水平与UC病情严重程度的相关性,比较血清HIF-1α、Beclin1、TLR4水平单独检测和联合检测的效能。[结果]观察组Beclin1、HIF-1α、TLR4表达水平均显著高于对照组;不同疾病严重程度的UC患者Beclin1、HIF-1α、TLR4表达水平之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过两两比较,随着疾病严重程度升高,Beclin1、HIF-1α、TLR4表达水平显著升高;Beclin1、HIF-1α、TLR4表达水平与UC患者的严重程度呈正相关;联合检测的敏感度显著高于单独检测,同时,通过对不同严重程度的临界值比较,轻度UC患者的Beclin1、HIF-1α、TLR4表达水平的临界值分别为3.22、70.44、30.78 ng/mL;中度UC患者分别为4.09、73.45、36.54 ng/mL,重度UC患者分别为5.12、79.09、39.91 ng/mL。[结论]UC患者血清中HIF-1α、Beclin1、TLR4水平与其病情严重程度呈正相关,建议针对患者的HIF-1α、Beclin1、TLR4水平进行治疗方式的及时调整。
[Objective]To study the relationship between the serum levels of HIF-1α,Beclin1 and Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)and the severity of ulcerative colitis(UC).[Methods]One hundred patients with ulcerative colitis from February 2015 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and 100 patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of Beclin1,HIF-1αand TLR4 in the two groups and patients with different severity were compared,and the correlation between the levels of HIF-1α,Beclin1 and TLR4 in serum and the severity of the disease was analyzed.To compare the efficacy of single and combined detection of serum HIF-1α,Beclin1 and TLR4 levels.[Results]The expression levels of Beclin1,HIF-1αand TLR4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there were significant differences among the expression levels of Beclin1,HIF-1αand TLR4 in different disease severity(P<0.05).The expression levels of Beclin1,HIF-1αand TLR4 in the patients increased significantly with the increase of disease severity.The expression levels of Beclin1,HIF-1αand TLR4 in patients with mild ulcerative colitis were 3.22 ng/mL,70.44 ng/mL,30.78 ng/mL,and moderate ulcerative nodules respectively.The critical values of Beclin1,HIF-1αand TLR4 expression levels in patients with enteritis were 4.09 ng/mL,73.45 ng/mL and 36.54 ng/mL,respectively.The critical values of Beclin1,HIF-1αand TLR4 expression levels in patients with severe ulcerative colitis were 5.12 ng/mL,79.09 ng/mL and 39.91 ng/mL,respectively.[Conclusion]The serum levels of HIF-1α,Beclin1 and TLR4 in patients with ulcerative colitis are positively correlated with the severity of the disease.It is suggested that the clinical treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis should be timely adjusted according to the levels of HIF-1α,Beclin1 and TLR4.
