Effects of Different Light Quality on Growth of Industrial Cannabis sativa and Accumulation of Cannabidiol,An Anti-epilepsy Compound

摘要 目的:揭示不同光质对工业大麻生长及其抗癫痫成分大麻二酚(cannabidiol,CBD)积累的影响。方法:采用红、黄、蓝和无色透明(对照)4种不同滤光膜对盆栽种植的工业大麻进行处理,测定苗期叶片叶绿素等生理生化指标、生育期天数、不同时期花叶CBD含量、收获花叶生物量及CBD理论产量等,并分析上述指标与光强、红蓝光比例等光质参数间的相关性。结果:与对照相比较,红膜和黄膜能显著促进大麻值株生长,缩短花叶成熟期并提高花叶生物量,使花叶增产分别达111.33%和27.06%,蓝膜则显著延长花叶成熟期,并使花叶减产达21.13%。红、黄和蓝膜均对叶片CBD积累有不同程度的抑制作用,但红膜和黄膜能使花叶CBD理论产量分别提高96.16%和16.15%,而蓝膜则使其降低75.63%。工业大麻的生长与照射光质中的红蓝光比例显著正相关,而叶片CBD积累仅与远红光(710~740 nm)、红橙光(600~700 nm)辐照度及光强显著正相关。结论:在药用工业大麻花叶的种植生产中,通过覆盖红色或黄色透明薄膜可提高其抗癫痫药物CBD产量。 Objective:To clarify the effects of different light quality on the growth of industrial Cannabis sativa and the accumulation of cannabidiol(CBD),an anti-epilepsy compound.Methods:Four different filter membranes,including red,yellow,blue and colorless transparent(CK),were used to treat the industrial Cannabis sativa cultivated in pot cultivation,the physiological and biochemical indicators such as chlorophyll in seedling leaves,days of growth period,contents of CBD in flower and leaves at different periods,biomass of harvested flowers and leaves and theoretical yield of CBD were measured.The correlation between the above indexes and optical quality parameters such as light intensity and ratio of red and blue light was analyzed.Results:Compared with CK,red and yellow film treatments could significantly promote the growth of Cannabis sativa plants,shorten the maturation period of flowers and leaves and increase the biomass of flowers and leaves,increase the yield of flowers and leaves by 111.33%and 27.06%,respectively.The blue film significantly prolonged the maturation period of flowers and leaves and reduced the yield by 21.13%.The red,yellow and blue films all had different degrees of inhibition on the accumulation of CBD in leaves,but the red and yellow films could increase the theoretical yield of CBD in flowers and leaves by 96.16%and 16.15%,respectively,while the blue film reduced it by 75.63%.The growth of industrial Cannabis sativa was significantly positively correlated with the proportion of red and blue light in the irradiated light,while the accumulation of CBD in leaves was only significantly positively correlated with the irradiance of far-red light(710~740 nm)and red orange light(600~700 nm)and the light intensity.Conclusion:In the cultivation and production of medicinal industrial Cannabis sativa flowers and leaves,the yield of its anti-epileptic drug CBD can be increased by covering the red or yellow transparent film.
