摘要
目的:基于电子鼻技术对川姜黄气味信息值与主要化学成分含量进行相关性研究,为其品质的快速评价提供依据。方法:采用电子鼻对川姜黄药材粉末气味进行测定,采用HPLC法对姜黄素类成分含量进行测定,参照药典方法测定挥发油含量;对其电子鼻传感器响应值与主要化学成分含量进行相关性分析。结果:传感器P40/1的响应值与姜黄素含量呈显著负相关,T30/1的响应值与总姜黄素含量呈极显著正相关;18根传感器的响应值与挥发油含量均无显著相关性。结论:该研究可通过电子鼻传感器P40/1、T30/1的响应值快速判定川姜黄中姜黄素、总姜黄素的含量,为中药性状鉴别的现代化、标准化提供新方法,为构建姜黄智能化感官特征鉴别体系提供一定参考。
Objective:To study the correlation between the odor information value and main chemical components contents of Curcuma longa in Sichuan by electronic nose technology,so as to provide the basis for the rapid quality evaluation.Methods:The electronic nose was used to determine the powder odor of Curcuma longa in Sichuan.The contents of curcumin compounds were determined by HPLC,volatile oil content was determined with reference to pharmacopoeia method;The correlation between the response value of the electronic nose sensor and the contents of the main chemical components was analyzed.Results:The response value of sensor P40/1 was significantly negatively correlated with curcumin content,while the response value of T30/1 had a very significant positive correlation with total curcumin content.There was no significant correlation between the response value of 18 sensors and volatile oil content.Conclusion:This study can quickly determine the contents of curcumin and total curcumin in Curcuma longa through the response values of electronic nose sensors P40/1 and T30/1,providing a new method for the modernization and standardization of Chinese medicine character identification,and providing a certain basis for constructing the intelligent sensory feature identification system of Curcuma longa.
