摘要
目的:摸清福建省福清市野生中药资源种类、分布及重点中药资源的蕴藏量,为中药资源利用与保护提供依据。方法:按照全国中药资源普查技术规范的要求开展野外实地调查,统计分析调查所得中药资源的种类组成、科结构、生活型、受威胁程度,运用生态位理论探索中药蕴藏量的生态学基础。结果:福清市药用植物(含真菌)共计155科513属815种,药用动物4科5属5种,药用矿物2种,合计822种,重点调查野生药用植物70种,受国家保护的有21种,《中国高等植物受威胁物种名录》收载的有17种。结论:福清市中药资源种类丰富,该普查结果丰富了福清市乃至福建省的中药资源名录。生态位宽度越大的物种,其蕴藏量通常也越大。在亲缘关系相近种间更容易找到药物的代用品,拓展中药的入药部位有助于推动药用资源的利用与保护。
Objective:To find out the species,distribution of wild traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)resources and reserves of key-point TCM resources in Fuqing city,so as to provide basis for the utilization and protection of TCM resources.Methods:The field investigation was carried out according to the requirements of the technical specifications of the national survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources,and the species composition,family structure,life type and threat degree of the traditional Chinese medicine resources obtained from the survey were statistically analyzed,and the ecological basis of the reserves of traditional Chinese medicine was explored by niche theory.Results:There were 822 medicinal resources in Fuqing city,including 815 medicinal plants(including fungi)belonging to 513 genera and 155 families,5 medicinal animals belonging to 5 genera and 4 families,and 2 medicinal minerals.There were 70 species of key-point wild medicinal plant resources,21 species under national protection,and 17 species were included in the"Threatened Species List of China′s Higher Plants".Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine resources in Fuqing city are rich in variety,and the census results have enriched the list of traditional Chinese medicine resources in Fuqing city and even Fujian province.Species with a wider niche generally have a greater abundance.It is easier to find drug substitutes among closely related species.Expanding the drug parts of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful to promote the utilization and protection of medicinal resources.
