臭氧联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效及对氧化应激指标的影响 被引量:6

Therapeutic Effect of Intra-articular Injection of Ozone Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate on Knee Osteoarthritis and Its Effect on Oxidative Stress

摘要 目的:探讨臭氧(O3)联合玻璃酸钠(SH)关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效及对患者氧化应激指标的影响。方法:选取2017年5月—2018年5月我院收治的86例KOA患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(SH关节腔内注射)、观察组(O3联合SH关节腔内注射治疗),各43例。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后7 d、5周及6个月膝关节疼痛度和膝关节恢复功能;比较两组治疗前、治疗5周后超丙二醛(MDA)、氧化物歧化酶(SOD)表达水平及临床治疗效果。结果:两组治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d、5周及6个月后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后观察组Lysholm评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组MDA表达水平低于对照组,SOD表达水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:O3联合SH关节腔内注射治疗KOA可显著降低患者的膝关节疼痛度,短期内快速改善膝关节恢复功能,抑制氧化应激损伤。 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of intra-articular injection of ozone(O3)combined with sodium hyaluronate(SH)on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and its effect on oxidative stress.Methods:86 KOA patients admitted to our hospital in from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(SH intra-articular injection)and an observation group(O3 combined with SH intra-articular injection therapy),43 cases each.The pain degree and recovery function of knee joints before treatment,7 days,5 weeks and 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.The expression levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)before treatment and 5 weeks after treatment and clinical therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7 days,5 weeks and 6 months of treatment,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the Lysholm score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression level of MDA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the expression level of SOD was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:O3 combined with SH intra-articular injection for KOA can significantly reduce knee joint pain in the patients,rapidly recover knee joint function and inhibit oxidative stress injury in a short period of time.
