基于多目标优化的燃料电池汽车混合动力系统能量管理策略研究 被引量:7

Energy Management Strategy of Fuel Cell Vehicle Hybrid Power System Based on Multi-objective Optimization

摘要 针对燃料电池混合动力系统的能量流动和关键器件特性,合理利用数学模型和实验数据,建立燃料电池汽车混合动力系统的氢耗模型和燃料电池寿命衰减模型。提出了一种以混合动力系统的氢气消耗量最少和燃料电池使用寿命最长为优化目标的多目标优化方法来改进燃料电池汽车混合动力系统的能量管理策略。使用带精英策略的多目标优化算法(NSGA-II)进行求解,进而改善了模糊控制中的输入变量参数。使用指定工况作为系统运行的测试工况对上述模型的能量管理策略进行仿真测试,仿真结果显示与之前的能量管理策略相比,等效氢耗降低了11.4%左右,燃料电池的寿命衰减降低约24.1%,验证了改善后的策略具备一定程度的优势。 The paper presents a hydrogen consumption model for a fuel cell vehicle hybrid power system.The model is established using mathematical models and experimental data based on the energy flow and key device characteristics of the system and fuel cell life decay.A multi-objective optimization method is proposed to minimise hydrogen consumption and maximise fuel cell service life.The proposed method uses NSGA-II to improve the energy management strategy through fuzzy control.The results of the simulation and verification show that the improved strategy reduces equivalent hydrogen consumption by 11.4%,and fuel cell lifetime decay by 24.1%.
