摘要
针对小煤柱沿空掘巷围岩变形量大、支护难度高等问题,以7509运输巷为研究对象,结合现场情况针对性设计以锚网索+煤柱注浆为主的围岩支护方案并进行工程应用。现场应用后,7509运输巷支护体系可靠运行、围岩控制效果显著,其中顶底板、两帮最大变形量分别为209、236 mm,围岩保持稳定。研究表明,采用的锚网索+煤柱注浆支护方案可实现小煤柱沿空掘巷围岩变形控制,为其他矿井类似巷道围岩的控制提供了经验借鉴。
In response to the problems of large deformation of surrounding rock and high difficulty of support in small coal pillar excavation roadway along goaf,taking 7509 transportation roadway as the research object,a targeted rock support scheme based on anchor mesh cable+coal pillar grouting was designed and applied in engineering according to the site conditions.After on-site application,the 7509 transportation roadway support system operated reliably and had significant control effects on the surrounding rock.The maximum deformation of the roof and floor and two sides were 209 mm and 236 mm respectively,and the surrounding rock remains stable.The research shows that the anchor mesh cable+coal pillar grouting support scheme used can achieve deformation control of surrounding rock in small coal pillar excavation roadway along goaf excavation,providing experience and reference for similar control of surrounding rock in other tunnels in mines.
