摘要
为了有效解决海外工程项目绩效考核管理中存在的问题,提高工程项目的顺利推进,论文对国际项目管理的相关理论及实际案例进行了综合分析。研究结果表明,在海外工程项目绩效考核管理中,存在绩效考核机制不健全、驻外机构对项目绩效考核管理制度的宣贯和落实不到位等问题,可以通过完善外籍雇员绩效考核机制、优化绩效奖励分配机制、加强年度与终期考核制度、将项目绩效考核落实情况与驻外机构负责人考核关联等方法进行解决。
In order to effectively solve the problems existing in the performance appraisal management of overseas engineering projects and improve the smooth progress of engineering projects,this paper comprehensively analyzes the relevant theories and practical cases of international project management.The results show that in the performance appraisal management of overseas engineering projects,there are problems such as the imperfect performance appraisal mechanism and the lack of publicity and implementation of the project performance appraisal management system by overseas institutions,which can be solved by improving the performance appraisal mechanism for foreign employees,optimizing the performance reward distribution mechanism,strengthening the annual and final appraisal system,and linking the implementation of project performance appraisal with the appraisal of the person in charge of the overseas agency.
