摘要
本文以杭州市为例,在调研杭州市人才激励机制现状的基础上,分析杭州市针对科技人才的激励机制所存在的问题,并从优化经费管理使用机制、改进薪酬分配机制、改革人才评价机制、健全青年人才培养机制等方面,提出完善健全科技人才激励机制的对策建议,以积极应对国内各地市激烈的科技人才竞争。
This article takes Hangzhou as an example,based on the investigation of the current situation of talent incentive mechanisms in Hangzhou,analyzes the problems in the incentive mechanisms for scientific talents,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve and perfect the incentive mechanisms for scientific talents from the aspects of optimizing fund management mechanisms,improving salary distribution mechanisms,reforming talent evaluation mechanisms,and strengthening youth talent training mechanisms,to actively respond to the fierce competition for scientific talents.
