重组人促红细胞生成素联合常规疗法治疗缺血再灌注损伤所致的急性肾损伤的效果分析

摘要 目的:分析重组人促红细胞生成素联合常规疗法治疗缺血再灌注损伤所致的急性肾损伤的效果。方法:将2021年1月—2023年1月南通市如东县洋口医院收治的180例缺血再灌注损伤引起的急性肾损伤患者随机分为试验组(n=90)和对照组(n=90)。对照组实施常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用重组人促红细胞生成素治疗。比较两组肾功能指标、炎性因子水平、24 h尿量变化、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组血肌酐、尿素氮、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平下降,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组24 h尿量增多,且试验组多于对照组(P<0.05)。两组高血压、头晕、皮疹发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:重组人促红细胞生成素联合常规疗法治疗缺血再灌注损伤所致的急性肾损伤的效果显著,能够改善患者肾功能,缓解炎性反应,且不会增加不良反应。 Objective:To analyze the effect of recombinant human erythropoietin combined with conventional therapy in treatment of acute kidney injury caused by ischemia and reperfusion injury.Methods:A total of 180 patients with acute kidney injury caused by ischemia and reperfusion injury who were admitted to Rudong Yangkou Hospital in Nantong City from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=90)and a control group(n=90).The control group received conven⁃tional therapy and the experimental group received recombinant human erythropoietin therapy on the basis of control group.Re⁃nal function indexes,levels of inflammatory factors,change in 24-hour urine volume and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,interleukin-6 and tu⁃mor necrosis factor-αdecreased in the two groups,and the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour urine volume increased in the two groups,and this parameter in the ex⁃perimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidences of hy⁃pertension,dizziness and rash between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant human erythropoietin com-bined with conventional therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of acute kidney injury caused by ischemia and reperfusion injury,and can improve renal function and alleviate inflammatory reaction without increasing adverse reactions.
