矿山带式输送机运行状态智能识别研究进展

摘要 目前,我国煤炭运输主要采用带式运输机,皮带运输是煤矿生产中重要的环节,直接影响煤矿的生产安全和生产效益。我国煤矿生产经历了从动力化、机械化、信息化到智能化的发展转变,目前煤矿生产转型升级正处于智能化阶段。智慧矿山建设要求实现安全、无人、高效、绿色生产,对智能化升级提出了新要求。研究对煤矿带式输送机运行状态智能化识别技术进行回顾与论述,提出基于计算机视觉技术识别带式输送机运行状态的实现方法,并对未来发展方向进行展望。 At present,the belt conveyor is mainly used in coal mine production in China.The belt conveyor,an important part of the whole coal mine production process,directly affects the production safety and effi⁃ciency of coal mines.China's coal mine production has experienced the development and transformation from motorization,mechanization,and informatization to intelligentialization.At present,the coal mine production process is transformed and upgraded into the initial stage of intelligence.The construction of intelligent mine requires safe,unmanned,efficient,and green coal mine production,and has new requirements for intelligent upgrading.This paper mainly reviews and discusses the intelligent recognition technology of the running state of the belt conveyor in coal mines,puts forward an implementation method based on the computer vision technology,and finally looks forward to the future development direction.
