摘要
带式输送机作为煤炭运输系统的中枢,在提升煤炭开采效率的同时也存在着火灾隐患。为探明煤矿用输送带热解过程,探索其发生热解后的行为特征,选取PVC-800S型输送带样品,通过热重-红外联用(TG-FTIR)试验,研究4种不同升温速率(5,10,15,20℃/min)下输送带的热解特性,分析热解过程中不同阶段样本质量、物质结构及气体生成演变特征。结果表明:不同升温速率下,TG/DTG曲线、气体产物等具有相似规律和趋势,随升温速率增加,各参量特征值向高温区发生偏移;输送带热解经历4个明显失重阶段,第1,2失重阶段发生聚合物链的断裂和降解,多烯共轭结构断裂、热解产物交联、异构和芳香化;第3,4失重阶段主要为PVC中挥发分的失重以及剩余有机组分的碳化;热解过程中有CO_(2),H_(2)O,HCl,NO_(2)等气体逸出,其中第1失重阶段主要逸出HCl,NO_(2),CO_(2),H_(2)O,其中,CO_(2),H_(2)O逸出最多;第2,3失重阶段主要逸出CO_(2),H_(2)O,NO_(2),且逸出浓度均较高;第4失重阶段主要逸出NO_(2)。研究可为煤矿用输送带火灾早期阶段的预警提供相应理论参考。
As the center of the coal transportation system,the belt conveyor has fire hazards while improving the efficiency of coal mining.In order to explore the pyrolysis process of coal mine conveyor belt and examine behavior characteristics after pyrolysis,PVC-800S conveyor belt samples were selected.The pyrolysis characteristics of conveyor belt under four different heating rates(5,10,15,20℃/min)were studied by TG-FTIR test,and the sample quality,material structure and gas generation evolution characteristics at different stages of pyrolysis process were analyzed.The results show that the TG/DTG curves and gas products at different heating rates have similar rules and trends,and the characteristic values of each parameter shift to the high temperature region with the increase of heating rate.The pyrolysis of the conveyor belt undergoes four obvious weight loss stages,the first and second weight loss stages undergo the fracture and degradation of the polymer chain,as well as the fracture of the polyene conjugated structure,the crosslinking,isomerization and aromatization of the pyrolysis products;the third and fourth weight loss stages are mainly the weight loss of volatiles in PVC and the carbonization of residual organic components.During the pyrolysis process,CO_(2),H_(2)O,HCl,NO_(2) and other gases escaped.During the first weight loss stage,mainly HCl,NO_(2),CO_(2) and H_(2)O escaped,CO_(2) and H_(2)O escaped the most.During the second and third weight loss stages,mainly CO_(2),H_(2)O and NO_(2) escaped,and the escaped concentration was high.During the fourth weight loss stage,mainly NO_(2) escaped.The research can provide a corresponding theoretical reference for the early warning of coal mine conveyor belt fire in the early stage.
