摘要
目的调查大学生对亚综合征抑郁的认知情况及其影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,使用一般资料问卷、大学生对亚综合征抑郁认知问卷对广西壮族自治区4所高校的253名在读大学生进行调查。结果在253名大学生中,亚综合征抑郁知识知晓率为79.4%,对亚综合征抑郁存在认知偏见人数占43.5%。多元线性回归分析结果显示,女大学生、医学类专业大学生、城镇(县)大学生与亚综合征抑郁认知得分相关(β值分别为0.20,0.19,0.12,P均<0.05)。结论大学生对亚综合征抑郁知识知晓率较高,但对亚综合征抑郁的认知偏差仍处在较高水平,对亚综合征抑郁的认知水平受多种因素影响。全社会应该对大学生普及与亚综合征抑郁相关知识以促进大学生心理健康发展。
Objective To investigate the cognitive status and influencing factors of college students towards subsyndromal depressive symptoms.Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to investigate 253college students enrolled in four colleges and universities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region using a general information questionnaire and a college students'knowledge of subsyndromal depression questionnaire.Results Among the 253 college students,79.4%knew about subsyndromal depression and 43.5%had cognitive bias against subsyndromal depression.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the differences between female college students,college students majoring in medicine,and college students in cities and towns(counties)and the cognitive scores of subsyndromal depression were statistically significant(βvalues of 0.20,0.19,and 0.12,respectively;all P<0.05).Conclusion College students have a high knowledge rate of subsyndromal depression,but the cognitive bias of subsyndromal depression is still at a high level and the cognitive level of subsyndromal depression is affected by many factors.The whole society should popularize the knowledge about subsyndromal depression among college students,with a particular emphasis on enhancing their empathy for those with subsyndromal depression and fostering their own moral sense,in order to promote the mental health development of college students.
