摘要
文章提出了“十五五”时期应加快图书馆全面绿色转型的命题,并从三个方面进行了论述。一是图书馆全面绿色转型的必要性,包括全面绿色转型是当下国之大者、新质生产力也是绿色生产力、图书馆应主动汇入绿色转型大潮等内容。二是图书馆全面绿色转型的示范性,包括中国式现代化引领图书馆绿色转型、图书馆绿色转型的示范案例、为世界图书馆绿色转型提供中国方案等内容。三是图书馆全面绿色转型的路线图,包括绿色转型的全面体检、因馆制宜的稳步逐绿、内外协同的主客共创等内容。
The article proposes the theme of accelerating the comprehensive green transformation of libraries during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period,and discusses it from three aspects.Firstly,the necessity of the comprehensive green transformation of libraries,including the fact that comprehensive green transformation is the great cause of the country at present,new quality productive forces are also green productive forces,and libraries should actively integrate into the green transformation trend.Secondly,the demonstrative nature of the comprehensive green transformation of libraries,including leading the green transformation of libraries with Chinese-style modernization,demonstrative cases of green transformation of libraries,and providing Chinese solutions for the green transformation of libraries worldwide.Thirdly,the route map for the comprehensive green transformation of libraries,including a comprehensive examination of green transformation,steadily progressing towards green transformation according to local conditions,and the collaborative creation of the main and guest coordinated between the internal and external.
