摘要
轨排井一直是地铁设计中的重难点内容,且根据车站形式的不同,结构设置的形式也有多种,研究主要针对扶壁柱式轨排井结构形式,通过有限元软件midas Gen进行三维建模计算分析,阐明了大跨轨排井结构主要构件的受力机理,分析不同条件对轨排井受力的影响,依据受力机理对结构设计进行优化,合理设计结构尺寸及布置,确保结构安全的同时还可降低造价,从而使工程设计实现提质增效降本的目标。
The track panel well has always been a key and difficult content in subway design,and there are various types of structural settings according to the different types of stations.The research mainly focuses on the structural form of the buttressed column track panel well,and uses the finite element software Midas Gen for three-dimensional modeling calculation and analysis to clarify the stress mechanism of the main components of the large-span track panel well structure,analyze the influence of different conditions on the stress of the track panel well,optimize the structural design based on the stress mechanism,design the structural dimensions and layout reasonably,ensure the safety of the structure,and reduce the cost,so that the engineering design can achieve the goal of improving quality,increasing efficiency,and reducing costs.
