摘要
针对高铁检修工具管理存在的难题,引入了无线射频识别技术、Android嵌入式技术和无线通信技术,设计了基于RFID(radio frequency identification)的高铁检修智能工具管理系统。该系统采用特殊防辐射材料和巧妙的结构,能够在复杂电磁环境下稳定工作,有效防止因仪器或工装误差引起的事故。通过该系统,实现了对工具、物料的高效管理和追踪,提高了工具借还的效率和准确性,降低了工具管理成本,满足了高铁检修过程中对工具管理的需求。该系统的设计与实现具有重要的现实意义和广阔的应用前景。
This paper presents radio frequency identification technology,Android embedded technology and wireless communication technology in order to address the current challenges in managing high-speed railway maintenance tools,it also designs an intelligent tool management system for high-speed railway maintenance that is based on RFID(radio frequency identification).By using unique radiation-proof materials and clever structures,the system can function steadily in complicated electromagnetic environments,and effectively avoid mishaps brought on by instrument or tool errors.This system effectively manages and tracks tools and materials,improves the efficiency and accuracy of borrowing and returning tools,lowers tool management costs,and satisfies the need for tool management during high-speed railway maintenance.The design and implementation of this system has significant practical significance and wide-ranging application prospect.
