摘要
为提高铁矿带式输送机清扫效果,在分析原有刮板式清扫装置应用现状及问题基础上,提出采用风力清扫装置代替刮板式清扫装置清理输送带黏附物料,并进行工程应用。风力清扫装置采用非接触式清扫方式并以高压风为动力源,通过高速风流清理输送带上的黏附物料。结合带式输送机布置情况,对风力清扫装置现场布置方案进行设计。现场应用后,该风力清扫装置运行平稳,不但能高效清理输送带黏附物料,而且可减少输送带磨损及清理成本。实践表明,风力清扫装置是一种较为可靠且简单的清扫设备,有助于提高带式输送机运行可靠性并降低维护费用。
In order to improve the cleaning effect of belt conveyors in iron mines,based on the analysis of the application status and problems of the original scraper cleaning device,it was proposed to replace the scraper cleaning device with wind cleaning device to clean the adhesive materials of the conveyor belt,and engineering application was carried out.The wind cleaning device adopts non-contact cleaning method and uses high pressure air as power source to clean the adhesive materials on the conveyor belt through high speed air flow.Combined with the layout of belt conveyors,the field layout scheme of wind cleaning device is designed.After field application,the wind cleaning device run smoothly,not only can efficiently clean the adhesive material of the conveyor belt,but also can reduce the wear and cleaning cost of the conveyor belt.The practice shows that the wind cleaning device is a relatively reliable and simple cleaning equipment,which is helpful to improve the reliability of the belt conveyor and reduce the maintenance cost.
