摘要
为解决装配式框架结构施工中易出现的质量问题,以北京市某商务用房项目为研究对象,在分析装配式混凝土框架结构施工难点的基础上,对施工准备和装配拼装2个阶段易发生问题进行统计分析,结合分析结果提出针对性的现场施工控制措施。结果表明,施工准备阶段易发生问题的频次占比变化范围分布在5.54%~30.09%,发生频次占比大于20%的问题主要集中在构件附件不全、结合面处理粗糙、运输保护不到位,其中运输保护不到位的频次占比最高,达到30.09%;装配拼装阶段易发生问题的频次占比变化范围分布在1.63%~32.5%,各质量问题发生的频次占比存在显著差异,吊装保护不到位、后浇段质量缺陷、注浆质量缺陷和安装尺寸偏差的频次占比均大于15%,而连接套筒质量差、混凝土开裂和水电安装问题的频次占比均小于5%。
In order to solve the quality problems that are prone to occur in the construction of prefabricated frame structures,a commercial housing project in Beijing City was taken as the research object.Based on the analysis of the construction difficulties of prefabricated concrete frame structures,the problems that are prone to occur in the two stages of construction preparation and assembly were statistically analyzed.Combined with the analysis results,targeted on-site construction control measures were proposed.The results show that the frequency of problems that are prone to occur during the construction preparation stage varies from 5.54%to 30.09%.Problems with a frequency of more than 20%are mainly concentrated in incomplete component attachments,rough joint surface treatment,and inadequate transportation protection.Among them,the frequency of inadequate transportation protection is the highest,reaching 30.09%;The frequency of problems that are prone to occur during the assembly stage varies from 1.63%to 32.5%,and there are significant differences in the frequency of various quality problems.The frequency of inadequate lifting protection,quality defects in the post pouring section,grouting quality defects,and installation size deviations are all greater than 15%,while the frequency of poor quality of connecting sleeves,concrete cracking,and water and electricity installation problems is less than 5%.
