摘要
针对铁路货车走行公里计算和多维度海量数据并行处理的问题,设计了铁路货车里程管理及辅助分析应用系统。该系统通过融合多源数据,利用并行计算技术,精确统计铁路货车及其重要零部件的运用里程,并对车型及临修故障里程分布进行统计分析,有效地解决了基于走行公里为主检修的车辆定期检修到过期预警问题,为货车修程修制改革和货车配件精细化管理提供了数据支撑,提升了铁路货车运营维护效率和水平。
In response to the problems of calculating the mileage of railway freight cars and parallel processing of multi-dimensional massive data,this paper designed a railway freight car mileage management and auxiliary analysis application system.This system integrated multiple sources of data and utilizes parallel computing technology to accurately calculate the operating mileage of railway freight cars and their important components,conducted statistical analysis on the distribution of freight car types and temporary maintenance fault mileage,effectively solved the problem of freight car periodic maintenance and expiration warning based on mileage,could provide data support for the reform of freight car repair procedure and the refined management of freight car accessories,improve the efficiency and level of railway freight car operation and maintenance.
