摘要
目的:分析针对单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者实施手术室护理配合的临床效能。方法:将2021年4月—2023年2月于湖南省胸科医院行单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术的患者68例随机分为两组,各34例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施手术室护理配合,对比两组的护理满意度、术中出血量、手术持续时间、术中心率、术中舒张压、接受护理前后的睡眠质量评分指标和应激性评分指标。结果:研究组的护理满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的术中出血量、手术持续时间、术中心率以及术中舒张压均低于参照组(P<0.05)。护理前,研究组的睡眠质量评分指标与参照组大致相当(P>0.05);护理后,研究组的睡眠质量评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。护理前,研究组的应激性评分指标与参照组大致相当(P>0.05);护理后,研究组的应激性评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者实施手术室护理配合,效果良好。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of operating room nursing cooperation for patients with single-aperture thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods:A total of sixty-eight patients who underwent single-port thoracoscopic lobectomy in Hunan Provincial Chest Hospital from April 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with thirty-four patients in each group.The reference group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented operating room nursing cooperation.Nursing satisfaction,intraoperative blood loss,operative duration,operative center rate,intraoperative diastolic blood pressure,sleep quality and stress scores before and after receiving nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the intraoperative blood loss,operation duration,operation center rate and intraoperative diastolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);before nursing,the sleep quality index of the study group was similar to that of the reference group(P>0.05);after nursing,the sleep quality score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05);before nursing,the stress scores of the study group were similar to those of the reference group(P>0.05);after nursing,the stress score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The operation room nursing cooperation for patients with single orifice thoracoscopic lobectomy has a good effect.
