摘要
为研究部分无黏结螺杆连接梁柱节点的抗震性能和恢复力特性,基于2榀高性能装配式框架结构的低周往复试验,分析典型边跨梁柱连接节点的破坏现象、滞回性能、骨架曲线、延性和变形能力等抗震性能指标;根据试验结果和理论分析,提出了四折线的节点弯矩-转角骨架曲线模型,并给出各特征点的计算方法;基于试验滞回曲线的特征分析,构建了节点的恢复力滞回规则,与骨架曲线构成节点的恢复力模型。结果表明:极限状态时,部分无黏结螺杆连接梁柱节点的节点区混凝土损伤程度较轻,节点的主要屈服机制为连接螺杆,节点整体工作状态良好;节点弯矩-转角滞回曲线捏拢明显,呈现出明显的转动变形滑移,节点耗能能力较差;节点转角位移延性系数介于3.94~6.21之间,2榀框架中节点的最大转角分别约为1/58和1/53,节点延性性能和变形能力良好;所提出的节点弯矩-转角骨架曲线模型和恢复力滞回模型与试验结果吻合良好,该恢复力模型可用于应用该类型连接节点的整体装配式框架结构的弹塑性分析。
In order to study the seismic performance and restoring force character of beam-to-column assembled joint connected with partially unbounded bar,two high-performance precast frames were tested under low cyclic loading.The seismic performance indexes such as failure phenomenon,hysteresis performance,skeleton curve,ductility and deformation capacity of typical side-span beam-to-column assembled joints were studied and analyzed.According to the experimental results and theoretical analysis,the moment-rotation skeleton curve model of four-fold line joints was proposed,and the calculation method of each feature point was given.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the test hysteresis curve,the restoring force hysteresis rule of the joint was constructed,and the restoring force model of the joint was formed with the skeleton curve.The results show that concrete damage in the joint area of the beam-to-column assembled joints is relatively light under limit state.The integral working state of the joints is good while the main yield concentrated on the connecting bar.A significant pinch phenomenon and obvious rotational deformation slip of moment-rotation hysteresis curves of the assembled joints indicates poor energy dissipation capacity.The ductility coefficients of the assembled joints are between 3.94 and 6.21,and the maximum rotation angles of the two frames are about 1/58 and 1/53.The ductility performance and deformation capacity of the assembled joints are good.The proposed joint moment-rotation skeleton curve model and restoring force hysteretic model are in good agreement with the test results.The established restoring force model can be used for the elastoplastic analysis of integral precast frame structure using this type of assembled joints.
