摘要
目的:分析快速康复外科护理应用于脊柱手术患者围术期的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年5月海军军医大学第一附属医院长海医院收治的脊柱疾病患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施快速康复外科护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。护理后,两组视觉模拟量表评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,两组自理能力评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,两组各项生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科护理应用于脊柱手术患者围术期的效果较好,可减少并发症发生,提高护理质量,改善患者生活质量,满足合理的康复需求,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in patients undergoing spinal surgery during the perioperative period.Methods:A total of 90 patients with spinal disease admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University(Changhai Hospital)from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received enhanced recovery after surgery nursing.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026).After nursing,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score in the two groups was lower than that before nursing,and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the score of self-care ability in two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the score of self-care ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in patients undergoing spinal surgery during the perioperative period has a good effect,and can reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the quality of nursing,improve the quality of life of patients,and meet the reasonable rehabilitation needs,which is worthy of promotion.
