摘要
近年来,我国新能源汽车产业经过高速发展,随着锂离子电池在汽车中的使用率迅速上升,出现了大批的废旧锂离子动力电池。废弃锂离子回收后再使用,可以显著地减小国家的战略金属资源对国外的依赖性,从而降低废弃锂离子动力电池所造成的资源损失和环境污染。针对上述问题,调研了废旧锂离子电池回收工艺关键技术发展现状,对比了各技术工艺之间的优劣,对当前退役动力电池梯次利用现状进行了简要的分析总结,并为后续锂离子电池的回收利用研究提供了参考。
The new energy automobile industry of our country has experienced rapid development in recent years,a large number of waste lithium-ion power batteries have emerged with the rapid rise in the use rate of lithium-ion batteries in vehicles.The recycling and reuse of waste lithium ions can significantly reduce the dependence of national strategic metal resources on foreign countries,thus reducing the loss of resources and environmental pollution caused by waste lithium ion power batteries.In view of the above problems,the development status of key technologies in the recycling process of waste lithium-ion batteries is investigated,the advantages and disadvantages between each technology process are compared,and the current status of cascade utilization of retired power batteries is briefly analyzed and summarized,which provides a reference for the subsequent recycling research of lithium-ion power battery.
